These terms apply when a Shopify merchant installs or uses Dool Cart Drawer Cart Upsell. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Shopify's applicable terms.
The service
The app provides cart-drawer customization, offers, rewards, and aggregate cart analytics. You are responsible for configuring the app, reviewing the storefront experience, and ensuring that your offers, products, discounts, policies, and store content comply with applicable law and Shopify requirements.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify. Current prices, billing intervals, free-trial terms, and plan features are shown on Shopify's hosted plan-selection page before approval. You can change or cancel a plan through Shopify. Charges already incurred are handled according to Shopify's billing policies and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use the app for deceptive, unlawful, or rights-infringing activity.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may improve, update, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary and will communicate material changes when required.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
